Your job:

As a Senior Manager, you drive our growth and embed solidarity in society. With strategic campaigning and social media expertise, you mobilize creators and organizations for real, collective impact.

Your responsibilities

Impact Growth: You identify campaigns with real potential and develop strategies to measurably increase their reach and mobilization.

Creator network: You build relationships with creators and develop recurring formats with them that truly move people.

Social media strategy: You are responsible for our channels strategically and operationally, and you use analytics to continuously optimize our content.

Strategic partnerships: You connect GoodCrowd with NGOs, media outlets and foundations to shape joint campaign formats and discourses.

Brand & Narrative: You translate our values ​​into clear messages and have a keen sense for communication on sensitive or controversial topics.

Campaign consulting: You coach campaign creators in storytelling and give them concrete recommendations for successful mobilization.

Risk management & sparring: You are the first point of contact for assessing reputational risks and provide advice to the team on complex issues.

  • Solid know-how: You bring several years of experience in campaigning, PR or social media marketing and have already successfully managed campaigns that move people.
  • Networking expertise: You know how to build strategic relationships with creators, NGOs and media outlets, and you maintain these contacts confidently and on an equal footing.
  • Hands-on mentality: You develop clear strategies, but also enjoy the operational implementation and use reports and KPIs to continuously increase the impact.
  • Confident in storytelling: You have mastered the craft of translating complex topics into strong messages, and you maintain a confident tone even in sensitive or controversial discussions.
  • Social media strategy: You know the mechanics of Instagram, LinkedIn and Co. inside and out, and you know which formats we can use to specifically activate communities.
  • Values ​​compass & attitude: You fully identify with our mission and have a keen sense of how to authentically represent our values ​​in communication.
  • Personal responsibility & team sparring: You work in a structured and independent manner, but appreciate close communication within the team to find the best solutions for GoodCrowd together.
  • Strong in communication: You are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
