Visual artist and researcher, PhD Student at School of Architecture and Urbanism of University of São Paulo (FAU USP) and Universität der Künste Berlin (Udk). Over the last 20 years, Ferrari developed comprehensive research involving sculptural making, social practice, architecture and the historical conditions of certain cities, especially São Paulo, in southeastern of Brazil, her place of birth. She participated in individual and collective exhibitions in Brazil and abroad and received acquisitions and artistic production awards. Recent exhibitions include 'Study for Monument' at Funarte in São Paulo, Brazil, ‘InterAKTION – 25 years of the German Reunification / 30 years of the end of the Dictatorship in Brazil’ at Sacrow Schloss in Berlin, Germany, '32nd Biennial of Graphic Arts' at International Centre of Graphic Arts in Ljubljana, Slovenia, ‘Has always been dystopia’ at XPO Gallery in Enschede, Netherlands, ‘Estamos Aqui – Ocupação Ateliê 397’, SESC Pinheiros in São Paulo, Brazil, ‘37º Panorama da Arte Brasileira’, MAM – Modern Art Museum of São Paulo, Brazil, ‘Memory-Lab Pavilion’ at Jester (FLACC/CIAP) in Genk, Belgium and ‘Letter of time’ at The Mill at Vicksburg, in Vicksburg, USA. She was artist in resident at Pivô (São Paulo, Brazil), Sculpture Space in Utica (New York, EUA), GlogauAIR (Berlin, Germany), ARE Holland (Enschede, Netherlands), AIR Niederösterreich (Krems, Austria), Jester/FLACC/CIAP (Genk, Belgium), Prairie Ronde Artist Residency (Vicksburg, EUA) and ZK/U (Berlin, Germany). She has works in public and private collections, including the National Museum of the Republic of Brasília, Museum of Contemporary Art of Goiás (MAC CCON) and Rio de Janeiro Art Museum (MAR).
