Daniel Maier is a Brazilian composer, pianist and educator, graduated in music at the São Paulo State University. Born and raised in the frenetic city of São Paulo, his work consists of a combination between Brazilian instrumental music and contemporary Jazz, something that stands out on his EP: São Paulo (2021). As a pianist he worked with recognized Brazilian musicians such as Walmir Gil and Di Mello. As an educator, he taught piano at Espaço Musical Ricardo Breim, in São Paulo, since 2019 and Music at Torhorst Gesamtschule Gymnasium, in Brandenburg.
