Your Mission at CYCLE

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall goals
• Establish and refine product development processes to ensure efficient and effective product delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver outstanding products to our customers
• Lead and mentor a small team of product managers
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure our products meet market needs
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Proactively get hands-on with the product management process, navigating and managing the complexities of our products with a proven track record of success
• Utilize a strong analytical mind to distil complex product details into actionable insights, untangling product challenges, and driving solutions that meet both stakeholder needs and business objectives

Your skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar leadership role
• Extensive experience in managing software development products, with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges involved in bringing them to market
• Demonstrated ability to establish and refine product and development processes
• Experience in product management, preferably in the e-mobility or related sectors. B2B and B2C experience is a plus
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
