The Brazilian readership at the University of Heidelberg (@uniheidelberg) invites you to the conference and workshop "Decoloniality and feminism on the edge: epistemologies, dissident subjects, and aesthetics," which will take place from 30/11 to 01/12/2023 at that university.

On 30/11, in the KSII room at the Institut für Übersetzung und Dolmetschen, we will have the online participation of the Brazilian writer and professor Conceição Evaristo (Universidade de São Paulo - USP, @usp.oficial), alongside the professor of philosophy and theory aesthetics Ruth Sonderegger (Universität Wien, @univienna). The conference will provide simultaneous English/Portuguese translation.

On 01/12, at the ERC-Saal of the Romanisches Seminar, Calila das Mercês (Conceiçao do Jacuípe) - a Brazilian poet, writer, and literary researcher (USP) - will offer a workshop in Portuguese and present her book “Plantaora.”
